How it works
Help in three easy steps
Always carry the Little Gem with you. In an emergency, help is never more than one press away.
Press the SOS button
In any emergency, press the button on your Little Gem. It beeps and vibrates to confirm it is calling for help. If you have a fall and cannot press the button, the fall sensor does it for you automatically.
It calls your contacts
The device immediately dials your pre-programmed contacts one by one, or connects to a 24/7 monitoring team. At the same time it sends your exact GPS location to their phones via a Google Maps link.
Help is arranged
Talk hands-free through the pendant. Your responder knows exactly where you are and can arrange the right help, whether that is a neighbour checking in or an ambulance on its way.

especially those who prefer to keep things straightforward.
One-press SOS button
Large, easy to press and impossible to miss in a panic. One press starts the emergency call sequence immediately.
Automatic fall detection
The built-in sensor detects a serious fall. If no movement is detected for 10 seconds it sends an SOS automatically, even if you are unconscious.
GPS location tracking
When the alarm activates, your location is texted to your contacts as a Google Maps link, accurate to within a few metres, indoors or out.
Showerproof design
Safe to wear in the bathroom where many falls happen. Keep it on all day, every day, without worrying about water damage.
Automatic fall detection
Talk hands-free through the pendant. No phone needed. Your responder can hear you and speak to you directly through the device.
GPS location tracking
Set a safe area on the app. If the pendant moves outside it, family are alerted automatically, perfect for loved ones with dementia.
